Initial Job Search Consultation – We conduct meetings with our client’s key individuals involved in the interview/hiring process to better understand the culture of our client company, the position requirements and qualifications, and the goals and expectations of the role.  We then meet with you, the candidate, and discuss your goals and qualifications and how they will benefit our client company. You can also expect:
 

• Candidate Prep - prior to the client interview, we offer our candidates with information needed so they are well prepared for the client interview.   Maintaining contact with the candidate is essential as well as part of our interview process.
   

• Debriefing both client and candidate once the interview has taken place. 
   

• Reference Checks – final steps to before an offer is extended, we will provide our clients with in-depth reference checks that go beyond verifying employment to provide them with valuable information about the candidate’s skills and competency.
   

• Offer Stage - We remain involved during the making it less stressful on both sides.  As you know, getting to the offer stage is the goal for both parties, and having it turned down is never an easy situation and both parties can be disappointed.  It is essential for clear and concise information during your career search.  We discuss counter offers and prepare our candidates for giving notice to their current employer in a positive manner.  Once the offer has been accepted, we maintain contact with our candidate until you get started in your new opportunity.
